Professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the Pension and Benefits industry. Vincent has held a variety of roles from performing the administration of pensions plans working for a TPA, to business analyst and project manager for system implementations. This experience enables Vincent to provide strategic assessments, guide large public sector plans through Pension software procurement and help shape the future of their organization. Vincent's vision, insights and industry knowledge is leveraged to improve the productivity and efficiency for clients, assist leadership in determining the path forward for IT modernization, all the while focusing on a human centered approach to maximize employee engagement and the adoption of new tools and processes.

In his role as Director of the Resource Allocation Management Program, Vincent’s focus on people, culture, and quality ensures our people have the right skill sets to deliver outstanding value to our clients, that they are the right fit, and that the assignments are in line with their professional development ambitions to foster the long-term growth for both the organization and its employees. Vincent’s actuarial background has allowed him to develop metrics, processes, and reports to enhance transparency and ensure the executive team is equipped with all required data to make informed decision for Linea’s continuous improvement.

In addition to operations work, Vincent is heavily involved in helping Linea Solutions develop the Canadian market, whether it be at conferences, in response to RFPs or any other informal manner, Vincent is always thrilled to speak of Linea's value proposition in the hopes of being able to help even more plans bring their technology and processes up to date.
