Kim is a seasoned business analyst and project manager. She has worked on multiple pension, workers’ compensation, and claims core system support and replacement projects. She has been a thought leader on all phases of the system development and support lifecycle, with experience performing process design, requirements definition, test planning, system and user acceptance testing, business process improvement, and change management. In addition to her public sector experience, Kim has also worked on private sector system implementations, including an ERP implementation for a Fortune 100 company. She has extensive experience in design, data conversion, business transition, and project management. Kim is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has PMP (Project Management Professional) and ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certifications.
