With an M.Sc. and a career spanning both software and actuarial science, he brings deep expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle and all aspects of designing, implementing, and securing Pension Administration Systems, including the integration of calculations, back-end databases, interfaces, and applications. Jason excels at translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
As an Implementation Lead on several major projects, Jason has led sizeable consultant teams, ensuring consistency and compatibility across project workstreams. His background as an astrophysicist—where he developed statistical models to describe systems ranging from dark matter halos to galactic stellar populations—provides a unique analytical perspective that informs his consulting work today.
In his current role leading the Enterprise Architecture Innovation Lab, Jason is responsible for developing and managing cross-company technology and implementation standards, driving consistency, efficiency, and advancement across the organization.
