Beth has over 40 years of IT experience across a broad set of clients including manufacturing (e.g. GE and Boeing), product software development (Siemens, Sybase, and Claremont Technology Group), and State government. Beth is a trusted advisor for public pension systems for over 20 years, which included providing Enterprise Architecture services for CalPERS for 10 years and performing as the chief architect for Clarety, a pension framework, for 5 years,
Beth leveraged her CISSP, CSM, ITIL, PMP, and TOGAF certifications to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for over 10 years for projects from $20M to $900M for California projects.
Beth has extensive experience with the evaluation and procurement of business and enabling technology solutions and services. She has a deep understanding of application development, information security, enterprise content management (ECM), customer experience and service (Cx/CS), data management, Development & Operations (DevOps), integration, and cloud technologies.
Beth established the CA State CIO Enterprise Architecture program. Beth supported CalPERS, CCHCS, Oregon PERS, CDVA, and CCHCS to establish their architecture governance programs. She supported multiple clients on establishing a Data Governance program.
With her vast experience as a systems architect, her skills are utilized at pension organizations and Workers’ Compensation entities for creating strategic plans and roadmaps including situational analysis, gap analysis, data analysis, and business process modeling.
