You’ll work in small teams and will be exposed to all facets of IT for the pension and benefits industry. You’ll be interacting with client leadership almost immediately. As you improve your skills, you will have the control over the skills you decide to specialize and how you grow your career within the company. At Linea, each person makes a difference.

Who we're looking for
Senior Industry Experts
If your benefits experience is measured in decades, we want you. We’re looking for former fund administrators, CIO’s, and others who have a deep understanding of benefits administrations and the work required to modernize a pension administration system.
Linea is growing, and it’s exciting to be directly involved with that growth.
Experienced Consultants
We are seeking experienced consultants, typically with 8 to 15 years’ experience who have project management experience. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who may not have direct experience working for a consulting firm, but who have either performed project management for implementations of large-scale IT projects, or who have previously worked for pension or benefits administration systems.
Linea offers a wide variety of work. We often serve as both business analyst and project manager on an engagement. Be prepared to wear many hats.
