Linea’s Administrative Assistant will work in the company’s Santa Monica office supporting the Directors of the organization. This individual will be forward facing and perform administrative support duties including, but not limited to, composing and typing correspondence, meeting coordination, managing calendars, booking travel and processing expense reports, conducting personal errands, screening phone calls and managing visitors, attending and setting up for conferences and office meetings, maintaining the office supply room and kitchen, and event planning. These duties require thorough knowledge of office procedures and computer/software tools. Occasional travel (approximately 5 trips per year) and flexibility to arrive early/stay late are required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, takes initiative, and is excellent at multi-tasking and prioritizing demands.
- College degree (or 4 plus years of professional experience in lieu of degree)
- 1 plus year of professional experience
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Car and driver’s license
